REFUND POLICY

1. TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FEES

War Drum Esports charges a non-refundable registration fee of 500 INR per team for participation in our tournaments. This fee helps us maintain the quality of our events and contribute to the prize pool.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

Once a team has registered and paid the registration fee, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to participate in the tournament
  • Disqualification due to rule violations
  • Technical issues on the participant's end
  • Team roster changes or disputes
  • Schedule conflicts

3. TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event that War Drum Esports cancels a tournament entirely, we will provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Automatic entry into the next scheduled tournament
  • Store credit for future tournaments
  • A full refund of the registration fee

4. TOURNAMENT RESCHEDULING

If a tournament is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, all registrations will remain valid for the new date. If a team cannot participate on the rescheduled date, no refund will be provided, but we may offer a transfer of registration to a future tournament at our discretion.

5. REGISTRATION RESPONSIBILITY

It is the responsibility of the team leader to ensure that:

  • All team members meet the eligibility requirements
  • The team can participate on the scheduled dates
  • All team members understand and agree to the tournament rules
  • Contact information provided during registration is accurate

6. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated after a successful registration may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification from the current tournament
  • Ban from future War Drum Esports tournaments
  • Potential legal action to recover funds and associated costs
