TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using War Drum Esports' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

Registration for tournaments is subject to eligibility requirements and payment of applicable registration fees. By registering for a tournament, you agree to follow all tournament rules and guidelines.

Tournament registration fee is 500 INR per team. Upon registration, all team leaders must join the designated communication channels including WhatsApp and Discord for important updates and announcements.

3. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Harassment, discrimination, cheating, or any form of unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification without refund.

4. TOURNAMENT RULES

All tournaments are governed by specific rules outlined in the rulebook. War Drum Esports reserves the right to modify tournament rules at any time. It is the responsibility of participants to review and understand the rules before participating.

5. PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

Prize distribution will be conducted as outlined in the tournament rules. All prizes are subject to applicable taxes and regulations. Winners may be required to provide identification and payment information to receive prizes.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the War Drum Esports website, including logos, images, text, and tournament materials, is the property of War Drum Games/Tantha Entertainment Pvt Ltd. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

War Drum Esports shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

War Drum Esports reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
